This is a personal blog by an Englishwoman married to a Japanese man. The blog’s name, Double Delight, is taken from the name of a rose whose colour and scent we enjoyed while visiting Shinjuku Gyoen on the day the author got married.

In theory, this will contain memories of various events, as well as possibly some information about experiences in Japan. All opinions expressed here are the author’s alone, and are in no way affiliated with any other company or organisation.
